These Terms of Service govern your use of the CTRL V Creative website, products, quotation system, printing services, design services, branding services, custom-production services, and applicable Render World products.

By using our website, requesting a quote, approving artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.

ABOUT CTRL V CREATIVE

CTRL V Creative is a creative production business based in Trinidad & Tobago.

Our services may include:

Custom apparel
DTF printing
UV DTF services
Graphic design
Branding
Jerseys
Uniforms
Team wear
Business printing
Promotional printing
Creative production
Other related services

CTRL V Creative also curates and sells selected apparel designs through Render World.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, material availability, production capability, and applicable payment requirements.

CTRL V Creative may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

Pricing or website errors
Product or material unavailability
Suspected fraud
Payment issues
Incomplete project information
Intellectual-property concerns
Abusive or threatening behavior
Unlawful requests
Requests that cannot reasonably be produced
Other legitimate business reasons

Submitting an order or quote request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

QUOTATIONS

Quotes are prepared based on the information available at the time they are issued.

A quote may change if the customer later changes:

Quantity
Product or garment
Material
Print dimensions
Print placement
Artwork
Colors
Personalization
Deadline
Delivery requirements
Production method
Design requirements
Revision scope

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not reserve production time indefinitely.

CTRL V Creative may require a new quotation where a customer substantially changes the original project.

PRICING

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Once a final quote has been accepted and applicable payment requirements have been satisfied, later general price changes will not normally affect that confirmed order unless the project scope changes.

CTRL V Creative reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, listing, or calculation errors.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods may include:

PayPal
Bank transfer
Cash on Delivery where approved
Other payment methods displayed or communicated by CTRL V Creative

Payment requirements may vary depending on the project.

Custom work may require:

Full payment in advance
A deposit
Progress payments
Final payment before release or delivery

CTRL V Creative is not required to begin production until all required payments, information, approvals, and project materials have been received.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all relevant details before production begins.

This includes:

Artwork
Spelling
Names
Numbers
Sizes
Quantities
Colors
Placement
Product type
Garment color
Measurements
Personalization
Print locations
Mockups

Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

ARTWORK & MOCKUP APPROVAL

Where CTRL V Creative provides a mockup, proof, or artwork preview, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Final approval confirms acceptance of:

Layout
Spelling
Names
Numbers
Colors
Placement
Artwork
Sizing information
Quantity
Other visible project details

Errors that were visible on an approved proof are considered customer-approved.

Corrections requested after approval may require additional payment.

DESIGN SERVICES

Design work is based on the project brief supplied by the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed, revisions must remain within the original project scope.

Additional fees may apply for:

Major redesigns
New concepts
New creative directions
Additional variations
Additional revision rounds
Work outside the original brief

Final editable or source files are provided only where included in the purchased service or agreed quotation.

CTRL V Creative may retain internal working files, proofs, and production files for business and recordkeeping purposes.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers who supply logos, photographs, artwork, fonts, characters, trademarks, designs, images, or other materials confirm that they have the legal right or permission to use those materials.

CTRL V Creative may refuse production where there is a reasonable concern regarding:

Copyright
Trademark rights
Legality
Ethics
Technical suitability

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied by the customer.

PRODUCTION QUALITY

CTRL V Creative aims to produce all work to a professional standard.

However, reasonable variations may occur because of:

Screen calibration
Lighting
Fabric texture
Material differences
Garment manufacturing
Ink behavior
Printing processes
Heat pressing
Production tolerances
Print positioning

Minor reasonable differences between a digital preview and a physical finished product do not automatically constitute a defect.

RENDER WORLD

Render World products sold through the CTRL V Creative website may be subject to product-specific:

Availability
Sizing
Colors
Quantities
Production methods
Garment options

Render World products that are personalized, customized, specially produced, or made to order are treated as custom products under these Terms.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may generally be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production, sourcing, printing, or design work has not begun.

Once work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any approved cancellation may be reduced by non-refundable costs already incurred.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the CTRL V Creative Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping, delivery, collection, processing times, and delivery charges are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed by CTRL V Creative.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Reviewing proofs carefully
Responding within reasonable timeframes
Providing required approvals
Making required payments
Providing requested artwork or materials where applicable
Providing accurate delivery details

Customer delays may extend the production or delivery timeline.

WEBSITE USE

Users may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website
Introduce malware or harmful code
Interfere with website security
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Scrape or copy content for unauthorized commercial use
Submit fraudulent orders
Misrepresent their identity
Attempt to abuse or manipulate website systems

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, CTRL V Creative owns or has permission to use the original:

Branding
Graphics
Photography
Text
Website layouts
Product mockups
Marketing materials
Original creative assets
Original apparel designs

CTRL V Creative branding and original creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

Render World branding and original Render World creative materials are also protected.

Third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CTRL V Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of our website, products, or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, CTRL V Creative's maximum liability relating to a specific affected order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

CTRL V Creative is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Power outages
Internet outages
Supplier failures
Courier delays
Equipment breakdown
Material shortages
Public emergencies
Government restrictions
Labor disruptions

Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant delays.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Any dispute relating to these Terms, our website, products, or services will be subject to applicable Trinidad and Tobago law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
